Step 4.2 · The Strategic Homebuyer

Build the offer across four elements.

You watched how sellers actually choose, and it is rarely the highest number. The fastest way to make that real is to practice it. Below you will run real seller situations and build the offer across the four elements, Price, Terms, Financial Positioning, and Buyer Profile, before you ever write a live one.

Start here · Practice

Run a case or two before the next video

This is where the framework stops being a video and becomes a skill. Each scenario drops you into a real seller's situation, with the home and the numbers filled in, and asks you to build the offer yourself. You do not need a real home to do this, and nothing here is sent anywhere.

The loop: pick a case, build the offer across the four elements, read it, then open the debrief and compare your thinking to what a strong offer looks like for that seller.

Just working a sample? Leave this unchecked and keep practicing. Nothing is sent.

Section 8 · The summary read

How it reads to both sides

This updates as you answer. The seller feels certainty. You feel the cost. The art is spending one to buy the other on purpose.

Remember this

An offer is not one number. It is four elements the seller feels at once, and the strongest one is rarely price. It is whichever element answers the seller's most urgent problem. Find that first, then build toward it.
